Sugar Laddus after the Meal

Panchadara laddu is the plain sugar laddu of a festival box. Serve one at the end of lunch, after the pickle and rice are finished, or with chai in the evening. On a banana leaf it sits at the top of the leaf, away from the wet curries.
If the tin is in the fridge and the laddus go hard, leave them covered on the table for a while. Do not steam them. Sugar laddus weep if they meet water.
